Meet Our Founder, Erika Schiller

Erika Schiller received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in 1990 and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. She is a member in good standing with the Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia Bars. Erika has been a partner and Managing Attorney for Monarch Title since 2004. In 2016, Erika established and currently operates The Law Offices of Erika B. Schiller, PLLC.

Erika is a Co-Founder of Settlement Trust Company, a joint venture between Washington Fine Properties and Monarch Title, Inc., where she serves as lead counsel. The firm offers the highest level of customer service to buyers and sellers alike.

Erika’s background includes seven years as a Senior Law Associate with Sandground, West & New, a family litigation firm. She is a dynamic individual and is highly regarded as one of the best Settlement Attorneys in the Capital Region.
